Our organic food-grade lavender from Provence is the perfect addition to an array of dishes!
You can use our culinary lavender to bake by adding a small amount to your scones, cookies, breads and muffins. Others love infusing it to make lavender tea, lavender coffee or even lavender syrup and lavender honey! It also adds a nice touch to many savory dishes: simply mix a pinch into rubs or marinades for chicken, lamb or roasted vegetables. We personally love adding it to homemade fruit jams like apricot and peach.
