Shipping Policy

We now offer shipping to Canada. However, all customs duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local postal service for further information concerning customs duties or fees.

All purchases will be processed and shipped from our warehouse in Florida within 1-3 days of order via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground.

Customers will be sent a tracking number once the order has been processed. It will usually take 2-3 days from ship date for delivery to most US addresses, however please allow up to 7 days.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $149 in the contiguous US and free local pickup at the Vanderbilt Farmers Market in Naples, FL every Saturday from 8am-1pm.

Ma Belle Provence is not responsible or liable for any package that is lost or stolen after the package has been shipped. Lost or stolen packages should be reported to the carrier.
