We have put a lot of thought into selecting our products. They have been carefully chosen for their functionality, beauty and sustainability. Our goal is to encourage mindful consumption so that we can all appreciate and value the beautiful handcraft of our artisans.

However, if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at info@mabelleprovence.com within 15 days of receiving your item. 

Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for a refund. Food products and soaps are final sale, and are not returnable. 

Ma Belle Provence offers free shipping on certain orders. If you return an item that was shipped to you with this offer, you will receive a refund for the item minus a 10% restocking fee.

Please note that return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the items received were damaged, defective or the wrong items were shipped. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, and recommend an insured and trackable mail service, such as USPS priority or UPS. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
