Sun-dried Tomato Spread

Who doesn't like to add a little zing to their food? Well, sun-dried tomatoes will do the trick. Italians love it, and so do the French.

It can be served as an appetizer on just about anything. The sky is the limit: bread, crackers, cheese, veggies. It's also super delicious as a sandwich spread, especially paired with a slice of fresh cheese. And it is a great substitute when you run out of tomato sauce! Mix it with your pasta with some basil and lardons and, voila! 

It is made by "les Délices du Luberon", a family-run manufacturer located in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue that specializes in Provençal cooking and authentic Mediterranean flavors.
