Gluten-Free Lemon Almond Cake
This flourless lemon almond cake comes straight from Provence! It is made by Biscuiterie de Provence, a six generation manufacturer in the Drôme Provençale that, since 1833, specializes in traditional, organic and gluten-free cookies and cakes. They only use rigorously-selected natural ingredients with no food coloring, preservatives or palm oil.
It is made with almonds, fresh churned butter and pure lemon extract because the simplest things in life are the best. You will absolutely love this delicately zesty and moist cake!
It comes in a tin to preserve freshness and will make a great little treat to share with friends while you enjoy a hot cup of coffee or tea. Great when you need to whip out a last-minute dessert! You can serve it as is or with fresh berries and whipped cream.
