Delices du Luberon
This delicious spread is a wonderful melange of artichokes, anchovies, olive oil and lemon for a subtle zest.
It can be served as a dip with fresh vegetables like crudités, or you can spread it on toast or crackers, or even serve it with cheese as an appetizer. It also makes a great addition to a variety of recipes, especially chicken or fish dishes. I personally love combining artichoke with lemon pasta, kalamata or niçois olives, a drizzle of lemon and olive oil and freshly grated Parmesan cheese for a sweet and zesty taste. Delish!
It is made by "les Délices du Luberon", a family-run manufacturer located in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue that specializes in Provençal cooking and authentic Mediterranean flavors.
Ingredients: Artichoke (60%), Sunflower Oil, Olive Oil, Anchovy Paste (Salted Anchovies, Sunflower Oil, Vinegar, Salt), Curry, Pepper, Nutmeg, Clove, Cinnamon, Garlic, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper.
